Shipping policy

At JollyBoo, we want your order on its way to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders to the lower 48 states ship free, with no minimum and no extra cost to you. At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand to more locations in the future, so stay tuned.

Order cutoff

We process orders Monday through Friday. Our daily cutoff is 1:00 PM California time (PT). Orders placed before the cutoff begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. For example, an order placed after 1:00 PM PT on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Processing and delivery times

Deluxe Bamboo Infant Loungers: processing takes 1 business day, and shipping takes another 2 to 5 business days after that.

All other products: processing takes 1 to 2 business days, and shipping takes another 5 to 8 business days after that.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking link is sent automatically to your email. If you don't see it, please check your spam, promotions, and junk folders, as our confirmation and shipping emails sometimes land there. Still nothing? Send us a note and we'll personally resend it to you.

Holidays

Please note that national holidays may affect processing and delivery times. Look out for holiday notices when ordering around major holidays.
