JollyBoo Return Policy (US)

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items shipped within the United States.

 

The Essentials

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery
  • Refund: 85% of the product price (15% restocking fee)
  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable

 

How to Return an Item

 

Email contact@jollyboobaby.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags, and sent back within 30 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

You're responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives with a problem, this policy doesn't apply. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll cover a full replacement or refund — including return shipping.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed loungers, pillows, and carriers
  • Opened personal care and feeding items
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

 

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item under the standard policy and place a new order for the replacement.

 

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days pass without it appearing, email us.
