Yes. Our loungers hold a Children's Product Certificate and meet all applicable CPSIA requirements, including independent lab testing to U.S. safety standards (16 CFR 1243), and are phthalate-free. They are made for supervised awake time, like lounging, cuddles, and tummy time. They are not for sleep. For safe sleep, always follow AAP guidelines, and keep your baby within arm's reach during awake use.
It is designed for babies from 0 to 24 months during supervised awake time. It is especially loved during the fourth trimester, the first few months when newborns crave closeness and womb-like contained comfort.
